THE REGISTRATION PROCESS
During the registration you will be asked if you want just to attend the conference, or also to book a room during the symposium (at the special group price the event offers to the attendants), as well as different lunch and dinner options.
Method of payment: Bank transfer or credit card.
Please note that your application will not be valid until the payment is verified.
The EDF Annual Meeting is a private event for EDF members* only.
The EDF will cover the current membership fees (Euro 100) for the members attending the annual meeting.
Make your payment through our secured online payment system by using your credit card.
Please transfer the resulting amount of your application for the social events to the following account. Please do not use this account for the payment of your Hotel accommodation.

IN CANCELLATION CASES
Cancellation Policy - Hotel
Cancellations must be announced in writing to the hotel at least 7 days before planned arrival. Failure to do so entitles the hotel to charge for one night. Please announce late arrival (after 6pm) in advance also directly to the hotel.
Cancellation Policy – Social Event
Online registrations for the meeting are binding. Cancellations for the Networking Dinner are accepted and fully refunded until January 10, 2024. The cancellation can only be done in written form via mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org. No refunds after this date.
